I am unable to use my free server transfer token (Trading post active order bug))

  • Server name : Takshasila / Vanaheim Zeta (EU Central)

  • Issue : I am trying to use my free server transfer token and am unable to do so, it says I have active orders but there is nothing. I waited for the patch and tried again but still no results. All my company members have been moved to other server. Please Help me so I join them and enjoy the game.

Exactly the same problem here… can’t play the game at all as my server is dead… have you received an answer or some help yet ?

Hi!

If you are getting the message about that you have active orders, you need to check in any trading post of any city just to make sure that you don’t have anything there.

A lot of people have this issue and we have nothing posted on the TP. Just seems to be another bug.

Already check and there’s a known issue with this specific problem, the dev team is already working on it.

As i mention, this is a known issue, the team is working on it, right now the only I can suggest to you guys is a little bit of patience, once they fix the problem you can do the transfer without any issue.

I have been to every city and every trading post. There is nothing active !!!
Have patience??? It’s been 4 days!! Other people longer!!
Server is dead. No group content. No outpost rush. No war. No pvp … my whole company doing all content without me.
Such a simple fix. Do it case by cases ffs!!

i walked to every trading post, mind you this took FOR EVER and i had no azoth… STILL cannot transfer after a week

the issue isnt not known to your team… they marked the mega thread as solved and havent responded to it in a week with more info for the thousands of people stuck in dead servers unable to transfer
