I cannot log in or find my character

My main character is on EU Central. Because ping is comparable, I tried to make a new character in AP Southeast. But I didn’t, and when I came back, I couldn’t find my character and could not log in.

I sent a web ticket to AmazonGames support, but I received no response. What do I need to do?

Looking at the video, it looks like you just got a connection error. Your character should be fine. That error is usually related to Steam authentication not working for whatever reason. In the past, changing to Offline Mode then back to Online mode in Steam usually fixes that for me.

I restarted the game and verified the game files, but it is still not working.
My internet connection is working well. The other games connection is going well.

I’ve been playing this game since January 1st and have had no problems until today.

If you say my character is secure, I suppose I’ll just have to wait for a stronger connection. Thank you for your reply.

I have everything needed to try to login, IP change etc. Ticking and turning off etc. Verifying + reinstalling and all. Loading screen has nothing. Doesn’t work for me.

I’m also having the same issue. Tried all the troubleshooting steps and the problem still persists.

Have tried the solutions. It is not working. What is so special here than other games which work fine even after an update or mergers?
