I deleted my character and just started over. Doesn’t feel great losing a level 60 character but at least I’m able to play. As far as I know theres nobody with this particular issue whos had it resolved and I doubt a solution will come anytime too soon but I wish everyone else the best

Just in case this makes you confident enough that they will fix it, you might want to try to restore your old character.
