I can't heal myself with potions or foods

I’ve tried relog, unstuck and die in a duel.
I was at outpost rush and its happend. What should i do to fix that.

Does it only happen while on OPR or you are unable to heal at any time?

Started in OPR but still I cannot get any heal from any source
Healers can heal me but my potions and foods doesn’t work
