Hello i just made this account , im level 16 and i cant see any town projects it says “there is no active project in this category” is it a bug or a restriction for new accounts?
It means the settlement simply didn’t start a town project. These days not a whole lot of settlements still upgrade Crafting Stations which mean it’s a little bit harder to level for people that start playing now.

Town projects refresh every 30 minutes, As @BRADLEY said, if it does not show anything means its not refreshed yet or company did not start any upgrades. I hope this helps.
