I did not get paid for 18 Asmodeum sold at the Trading Post. I sold them for 433.93 gold each, so I’m missing over 7k gold. I put them on a sell order last night when my total gold amount was above 9,000 (I forget the exact amount). Today I log in and the Asmodeum is sold, but I still have an amount of gold in the 9,000 range. That tells me I didn’t get paid for the Asmodeum. Can I get reimbursed for these lost funds? Attached is a screenshot showing my completed sell order. That’s the only evidence I have. I’m hoping the game records can be checked to verify my transaction. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Be sure to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:
Provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
