I didn't get the gold from selling my Asmodeum on TP

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I sold 159 Asmodeum for $303.88. Shortly after the sell order, it was all sold, but my gold count did not change. I relogged, but the count remained the same.
  • Is this a bug? I think it’s a bug. I hope to all the gods of Aeternum that it’s not an exploit.
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I had a negative experience. I expected a lot of coin to come my way, and it didn’t.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: sell 159 Asmodeum at $303.88 i guess. Sold it in Everfall if that matters. Almost immediately after i put up the sell order, i ported to Mourningdale (don’t know if that matters either).
  • When did this happen? 09/02/2022 around 5:45 PM EST

EDIT: I closed the game, opened it back up around 6:57pm EST. The gold was updated in my inventory. May have just been a one time thing.

I am glad to hear that you already received your gold, sometimes after selling an item the gold may not update accordingly, ussually waiting a couple of minutes or reloading the game should fix the issue, if after attempting that your gold is still missing I would recommend to reach us directly so we can escalate the error:
