I DON'T CARE, AGS needs to know how bad they are

I have a big issue with the customer support in this game. The people that issued the perma bans have no idea what was really going on.

  1. the ones who placed multiple trophies in the same house and crafted are going to be unbanned tomorrow. there is really no question that they did that by mistake right?
  2. the ones who did a simple trade (I still dont know what triggered the exploit and my trade bugged once) trying to sell or buy an item are perma banned.

HOW is that fair? I don’t even have any exploited gold or items on me. I sold the rapier for 50k. I don’t have extra money or extra rapiers on me. I also did it ONCE, I also didn’t know that the other guy still had the 50k on him.

Now you are trying to shut us down on forums (and that is the only way to kinda communicate anything) and we are left with the bots on appeals. You have 0 control over it and it shows. 0 customer support, 0 info, 0 anything.

It is a well known fact that the customer support and ban appeals are a complete joke. Sadly there isn’t much we can do but don’t worry they will continue to ban legit players while Windsward has 18 bots outside farming trees non stop all day with names like “ABDQRS” and those bots will reach level 60 and continue to flood the market with mats and then sell the gold.

We have said it often enough. We get that you’re not able to help us here on the forums with individual bans but what we ask for is a more fair and transparent ban and appeal policy. What you currently offer is not appropriate customer support.

I can bet whatever you want that you guys only looked into trophy bug and did only perma bans for trading bug. Please tell me I am wrong.

Justice is not served in this game. I have many friends that got permamently banned and unbanned later. They lost at least one or two weeks and they did not do anything and not only that we still have friends still remain banned. I had a look on tickets appealing a ban is big joke. You just get automatically respond after a while and sometimes the message begins ‘’ We are sorry for you have been banned from Lost ARK ‘’ :smiley: Support is big joke. If I was Jeff Bezos I would really fire some free salary enjoyers
