I don't have Alpha tester title

Hi.
I don’t have my Alpha Tester title.
Also, my ticket has been open for ages with no response since it was opened.
Live chat is pretty useless, as all they can do is make a ticket.

I tested the game in the Alpha, and helped.
I want my reward!

I am sorry you are not able to access the “Alpha Tester” Title.

Thank you for assisting us with alpha testing, we appreciate that and agree that you well deserver this title.

Please try the following:

The title can be equipped in the gameplay menu.

  1. In Game, Press ESC Button.
  2. Select ‘Character’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Bio’ tab.
  4. Select ‘Change’ button in ‘Titles’ section.(Please try out all options under pronounced as section on top right)
  5. Select a title. The title for Alpha players and pre-orders should be available in the list

If it is still not visible please respond to this post, I will escalate this.

Sorry you’re still having this issue.

Upon checking on our side, I see the pre-order title and the Stoic title as part of your account’s entitlements, but not the Alpha Test one. Please make sure you are on the same Steam account as the account you used to play the New World Alpha Test.

Considering I only have the 1 Steam account I can safely say I am using the same account.

Maybe the Amazon account? When I Alpha tested there was no Amazon Australia.
My Amazon US is the same email as my Amazon Australia.
