I don't see my character transfer ticket

Hello! I went to the hospital for 2 months (I got sick with coronavirus). I came back and I don’t see my character transfer ticket. my friends have gone to another server, and I can’t go with them = (
I registered the account at the start of the game.
I played for a week or two, and got sick.

This would be the last update regarding the server transfers:

Greetings Adventurers, As you know, we released server transfer tokens to all of our existing players on October 20th, 2021. This was intended to be a one-time grant to players who had active accounts at the time, although we did include issuing to new characters so players could make decisions with them as well. It might be that during this time your account was not active due to you being sick but the problem is that even in that situation we can not give tokens aways and have to wait for either a next wave (and be active during this one) or to wait for when they become available as a paid service.

thanks for the reply. apparently I’ll have to start a new character on a new server.
