When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) = 20th of april i rejoined im a returnin player i started at lvl 24 now at 54 i’ve not seen the main quest ever since i came back from lvl 24 i’ve just been doing side quests
I honestly feel like they don’t even have a clue on what caused this issue to occur cause I haven’t received a support email back about it and its been past the 6hr response time they said they would respond i doubt if this issue will ever get fixed.
well they better fix it. it aint our fault and we grinded on those accounts im not making a new one

Yeah im also having a similar problem. I have a tier 1 azoth staff but not getting the tier 2 quest to start. Ive talked to the guy everyday hopeing itll work but nope. No tier 2 azoth main quest. Hopefully they reaspond. My post was 2 days ago and havent heard anything either.
where is the guy i couldn’t even find him can you send the screenshot of the map

Keep in mind. The location this photo is for is the start of the tier 2 azoth staff quest. But hes normally exactly here (mouse pointer) right outside of calvary city inbright wood.
If your level is too low some main story quests are locked out. Not really sure why they let that happen I would have really enjoyed the idea of challenging a lot of the quests very much under leveled and simply winning by understanding the combat patterns.
But never the less, if you don’t have the quest active there may be an NPC very much not available as in they have not spawned yet on that location so there probably isn’t some way for players to creep past some menial objectives which is a bit disappointing because maybe there should be a chance that a level one could take a character like commander thorpe in the open world and win with a good understanding of animation cues and a lot of luck.
if u look at the progression log it says the level 2 staff quest is heat of souls or something like that I think what’s where everything got screwed up that they was changing quests and broke the main story for players who played before they did that personally that could have just added the missing quests to the story to fill in the gaps they didn’t need to remove a lot of them leading to the first staff I’ve been trying to get a reply from them for days regarding this issue but nothing but silence and it really annoying cause it hinders game play cause we can’t finish the story or do anything above the staff level we have and it really annoying that this is like this. I wish someone from AGS would say something on this issue cause its not an isolated issue to just one person it is effecting probably half of their player base.
Yep. I feel like i was scammed. Bought season pass before i knew i had this bug. Now i cant really benefit from it and my only option is to reroll and lose all the stuff i already claimed with the season pass… Idk man this can’t be right. A full refund wouldnt even be enough for all the time and grind wasted
And on top of that they closing forums so we will shut up about it. No. This is not acceptable

The email above looks similar to one i got but after that there has been no update or communication as to the progress or status of this bug.
To an extent it is game breaking (for returning players who don’t want to lvl all their stuff again), but for now it seems to be on the back burner.
