I have a bugged market listing that won't expire, preventing me from server transferring

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have a market listing for 100 minor health potions that has been stuck at 4 hours for over a month. It does not appear on the market, never expires, and cannot be purchased
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot transfer servers. My guild has left the server and I cannot play with them because the game thinks I have something listed on the market still.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I don’t know, I think it’s a bug from when the market got locked/changed over a month ago

Any support? I’m missing the big showdown between Valhalla and Eden because of this bug. I haven’t been able to play with my friends for a week. I’ve gone through Live Chat twice and both of them said they would open a ticket and get back to me, but I have heard nothing.

All I need is for one sell order to be deleted off my character.

had the same issue, it was only resolved after I posted in the TRANSFERS mega thread, its somewhere here in the forums.
