I’m sorry to hear you are stuck immobilized! Do you see the actual word “Immobilized”? Another player is able to revive you? Did this happen after dying to a boss during an arena?

Thank you for confirming! The devs are aware of this specific issue and are working to correct it, however at this time the only work around is to get revived by another player and then rerun the boss in the arena that put you into this state to begin with and be killed by it again, however this may be an expensive option.

as i explain earlier we are dead UNDER WATER we cant be revived check the video

Yes I am “immobilized” under the ocean. My game crashed while I was auto-running and it ran me out to the ocean and to the edge of the map. I tried getting a friend to come help me but he was not even able to make it halfway before he drowned.

I have read multiple people saying that a dev was able to teleport their character to a city so they could at least be revived by another player. I guess they stopped doing that though?

you should open a ticket and then go to live chat and they will ask you send some files and 2-3 days u will be unstuck
