I have never seen any other game like this one which hates one specific class to this extent and do it on purpose

  1. I dont think FS or IG are weak. They are decent weapons. FS is not picked into wars bc it has 0 aoe cc and lack of potential to nuke targets.

  2. Fact that there are no good mage drops in dungeons. Some decent weapons but thats all. No armor, no jewerly. Also you cant craft any replicas - they are int/foc.

  3. Fact that mutations are fire/void is stupid. Thats why i refused to play this game mode.

And yes devs hate mages, bc they all play GA :slight_smile:

What kind of QoL changes are we received? Like now we can shoot without bullets but losing -20% dmg? Or what else qol we had? All the fixes just breaking these weapons even more.

The important point is that we have no drops to get while every other build gets numerous BIS drops. There is nothing for mages to farm for in dungeons in terms of BIS. Weapons like the firevine battlestaff have refreshing. Why can’t we get we get an actual good perk on our weapons? Refreshing, refreshing evasion, and chain are not what we want our 3rd perk to be.

Sorry if this is a bit off topic but its completely the same with Tanks. Just putting us down consistently. The balancing in this game makes no sense whatsoever.

Mages might have minimal bis gear to grind for from dungeons but also has 2 of the most overpowered weapons currently in the game due to inherent mechanics of the weapons / perks.

Why else would you see TANKS and BRUISERS using MAGE weapons? Wake up.

this isnt saying BB, or GA or melee arent overtuned, but they arent gamebreaking the way VG/IG are in the current meta.

Are you kidding? BIS tempest helmet, BIS amulet and ring from laz/gen, BIS BIS war hammer on tempest and more. And so many near BIS. Mages dont even have 1.

One m10 is nearly enough to max the weapon out, and you get copious amounts of blackguards weapons if you use any form of luck.

I do feel like the perk change wasnt great, but the exaggeration is insane lol

where damage is useless damage and means nothing.

i do 25% damage to all players, they are under infinite healing effects, i kill none but i end up on top leaderboard, means nothing! few mages are used in wars just because of ice shower in combo with gravity, that’s it, remove that, and mages are USELESS.

Are you serious mate?
The doomwalker pieces are literally made for GA. (Reap + GW perks.
The medium set with STR can be combined with it and you get perks for all the cool stuff.
You can double up tankiness with Neishatum’s set or Conqueror set.

Idk FS outclasses bow in nearly every aspect right now. My friend plays FS IG and gets top 5 every game with 10+ kills and almost all always no deaths. He can do it on light and medium. I literally have no chance in 1v1 as he has a faster fire rate, bigger hitbox, doesnt require an aim animation, doesnt have .33 root after shot etc.

And muskets are few and far between. So i’ve viewed FS as the best all around range for awhile now. Plus IG has been insanely overpowered for months to pair with your build.

But relative to mage, GA and healers are better.

So idk the problem? Try some dex or bow and let me know what you think. Bow, rapier, spear all turd right now. Melee can just grit through half your abilities on spear.

nerf mages harder. need a -25% damage to every class honestly. mage users can smack their heads on keyboards and drop 40 kills in an opr. please

So it seems to me heavy healers will be killable and medium healers also are easier to kill on PTR notes.

Light healers with a stamina Nerf should be catchable, no?

Think of all that AoE damage mages put down And all those damage numbers being slapped down after the 5 man healer killer squad kills their main healer or even 2 or 3 of them.

I can hear the war comms now, “healers dead, mages throw it down.”

Everyone on point melts and GA is no longer bitched about because you can now I Frame every GWell as long as you don’t spam dodge.

The imbalance of gear drops is 100% true. I really do think more item sets should be Con rather than strength. You know, like the raiders set. Lol

Perhaps because something like healing entomb, which gives 10% health back, is not that great for squishy low con mage but is great for a tanky high con bruiser who might live long enough to pop another potion with an additional 10% health?

Perhaps because ice storm is not enough to kill other players on its own but is used to slow players down enough for the OP grav well and melee damage to take effect?

I know you don’t want your OP GA nerfed but the game is not going to survive much longer if AGS can’t see through obvious BS like this.
