As the topic says i have connection error everytime when i’m trying to enter the game only few times is possible and than are two options
I’m logging in to server and i can play
There is gray screen and after minute or two it kicks me.
I did that thing with ip and DNS to repair it but still doesn’t work also i did game file integrity and it also doesn’t work.
Right now i;m trying to enter the game on my stoper time is 24 minutes of TRYING to play.

The next troubleshooting I want to check with you before we escalate it, is the one related with the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within New World for this connection issue:
Open New World in your Steam Library.
Right click on New World’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup New World is the selected game.
Press Repair Service.
After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
Restart your PC.

Please select “Web ticket”, the team in charge will review your ticket to find a resolution to this ASAP, please make sure to attach all the information you have. Also pelase include the game logs and DxDiag report.
To find the DxDiag:
Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.
To find the logs:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to attach it.
