I haven't gotten any of my claimed twitch drops

Hi there,

I realized after claiming the new crimson plague set that I didn’t ever receive any of my previous dropped earned from 3 months ago either, please see picture attached showing all of the drops I’m supposed to have in game but never received.

My in game name is MrExecutive I’m on El Dorado. Can someone help me to fix this? I checked my twitch account and made sure that it was linked to my amazon account. Do I need to link my steam account to twitch as well as my amazon account?

I am sorry about the issue with twitch drops.

I request you to kindly try the troubleshooting exactly as stated below -

  1. Close the game completely.
  2. Go to this page: Twitch Drops | New World
  3. If linked unlink Twitch and Link again: Make sure the Twitch account is linked.
    4.If linked unlink and link Steam again: Log out of Steam first, log back in and connect it to Twitch
  4. Once both are linked the third selection will show. Then click “Activate”. The player should see a message pop up saying “Success! Your Drop will be available in New World Starting…!”
  5. Log in to New World > Find an item you want to use the skin on > Click on the item > Select Skin > Choose the Skin you want.

Key points-

  • Make sure your Steam account is not linked to another Amazon or Twitch Account.
  • Make sure that it shows both accounts as “Linked” on that page above.

If yes, then please verify game files Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and check again.

Thank you so much for your quick response on this, I did just get around to trying this and the above link appears to have both my twitch and steam accounts linked to New world now! It said success and that I should receive within the next 24 hours.

I’ve had this same problem for a few months now… How does this work for those items that could be claimed during closed beta? They aren’t shown in the claimed section of my twitch anymore even though i’m certain i collected them with a linked account… this because i did receive the golden armor set way back (therefor am certain everything was linked up proper) the other cosmetics only came after but it seems something just went wrong as i never received any of my drops after said golden armor set, same as op

if it the chest from most resent even they don’t come till after the 3v3 arena patch
