I lost like 1k hp is not my 1st time i got this but when i restart game before i got my hp. Now i restart few times and nothing happen still missing 1k hp any advice?

does the company/faction u have house on owns that territory ?
check the territory planing table you will see there "hale and hearty 3 day %10 hp buff)

You’ll find most planning tables around the War Board/Town Boards general area. It will be in a large building and there will be a massive table with a huge map. You should be able to click on that and see what buffs are being worked on/active/scheduled.
