You couldn’t pick it up because 20k ori exceeded the max capacity you can carry on YOUR inventory.
I guess you never noticed the messages you get when you carry too much and can’t move. You literally can’t carry any more past a certain point. For me, last I checked was like 4k weight max. Bank has the same Cap.
What you had to do was empty your Bags completely, have the biggest bags in game and use a Weight potion. And pray if that’s enough to not go over the cap.
Did you see where I tried just grabbing a single piece of ore from the bag on the ground? It was saying that it wasn’t in a faction-controlled territory. This is a bug.

oh my bad. I skipped that part. video was needlessly long. I see now.
But I still think it has something to do with that cap I talked about. Like, if the stack was under the max weight, maybe it would let you transfer 1 ore+ Sometimes bugs in the game show the wrong error message.

Actually, the guy was duping in this is one of the newer dupe protections. Hes just trying to create an outrage now … so … no pity

Never tried to dupe anything, I purchased the ore from AH and dropped it to remove the encumbrance… then it bugged out. No need to make things up as you go 
So you just bought 20k oore? Just like that? Yeah, right. I doubt there are 20k in auction house any time of the day. Stop duping
Huh? In our TP there are probably 200k any time of the day. At least.

Sooo, you are playing NW first time and don’t know about weight limits? Game literally tells you you have exceeded maximum weight and you still buy things. Its your fault, not game.
I Lost a full gs600 set and accessories due to a storage visual bug…
In shattered mountains my storage is bugged since void gauntlet update, when I try to open it it won’t pop.
So in a hurry I right clicked my items and they got dropped (locked items BTW)
After 1 month of even showing proof on video they concluded my items got dropped because I f*cked up…
So they said was basically my fault…
I already reported this bug at least 10 times and and it’s still going…
So all I’m saying is, they prob won’t recover your Ori ores Lost. Sorry dude

You’re trolling with that comment… I’m on one of the main US west servers, so there is plenty of Orichalcum to find on the AH.
Bruh, I mine Ori ore for money in SM. I usually have 10k ori on my banks. I used to put it up in auction to save storage…until it got too expensive.
You guys could be right in that he’s duping, but it’s unlikely that he’s THAT stupid to complain about the Ori he lost duping because Devs will check his account Log and if you are right, he WILL get Banned.
Heck, in my experience in other games, I’ve seen people that called the GMS over a Bug and banned their accounts over some weird thing they did or say prior to that. Which is why I tell people not to talk to Support unless they absolutely have to. 20k ori is just 8 hours mining
