I had a guild called NDU and in her treasury I had an approximate value of 500k. I spent some time without playing the game and today when I logged in I had lost the guild and all the gold that was in the treasury. Is there any way I can recover this gold yet?

I would like to ask, is the problem still persisting or has it been solved?

Also, as a general troubleshooting, I would recommend that you try to Verify the game files’ integrity. In order to to that, go to your Steam Library and Right Click on the New World Title > Properties > Go to the Local Files Section > Then run the “Verify integrity of game files” check. If this did not work, please reinstall the game and check if it solves the issue.
Additionally, after i get your character’s info, I’ll make sure to make further research on this!

With the information that you provided, I was able to do some more research into your character and could confirm that the system does still register your Company and Rank as Governor. It is very odd that this is not showing up in your game.
I see that the last consul isn’t playing anymore. In this case, I would recommend that you Contact Us via our Live Chat service so one of our colleagues can go ahead and help you raise a web ticket for your specific issue. They may ask for your game logs, which you will be able to find by following these steps:
