• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I purchased a T4 house in Weaver’s Fen on 10/2. I was able to enter the house, place furniture, and recall to the house. Upon logging in yesterday, I can no longer enter, interact with, or recall to the house. When I approach the house from the outside, the only option is to purchase a new one (which shows as costing the full amount since my first home 50% discount has already been used). My house doesn’t appear’s on the owner list, but i have achivment Homeowner.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I spent 8k gold on a house I can’t use, also placed there housing items Pirate decore budle which i buy in store and have fear that i lost it. And can’t increase my storage by placing there chest’s.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

UPDATE After 1.0.6 I have been able to reclaim my houses HOWEVER I had to travel to settlement where I have the house to get it back. I received a pop-up saying the game had detected a ‘Lost House’ which I could then enter, pay rent and use. Storage chests DO NOT WORK until you remove them from your house, exit decoration mode, and replace them again. After this the storage capacity increased as expected. Also all my furniture was in the house as originally placed. Including my pre-order pupp…

Well thanks for answer. Hope this problem will resolve fast cause it alredy past 3 weeks without house. So yes, wasting azoth for TP when i could use recal to house and use only standart storage it’s very uncomforatble, specialy when i purchased house and it’s gone.

It’s only been 11 days for me and it’s really painful that’s i can’t use my house, for you it’s almost a month… Amazon do something, we’re wasting gold, azoth, less storage, can’t play proprely. I have to store items in other cities and get it with gold in the city i upgrade my profession…
