Describe the issue you are experiencing: I bought a house in Windguard and after leaving immediately it was no longer listed as my own, I could not enter nor did I have the return of inn. I lost my Gold (5500), time and the discount I had been given.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Lost ownership of my house. Can’t recall, can’t use the house I bought. Lost my gold and time for get it.

I also reported this bug.
I would like to know whether this issue is currently being revised or subject to consideration to be revised in the future. I am very uncomfortable with gameplay because there is a ‘BUG’ in Everfall where the house disappears.

I too have lost my house. it was also in windsward. I wonder if its just a issue only in this settlement. I transferred only yesterday and my house make with me but i logged in today and it was gone.

I lost my house in windward and submitted a support ticket over 9 days ago and haven’t heard anything from them.

Bump, purchased multiple items at WW trading post never got the item but Trading post had no problem taking my gold… WOT NOW?

I lost my house in Windsward as well. After the most recent update a few days ago its no longer available to me, it shows up on the list of top 10 houses with my name on it. I can go in and view it but that’s it. I play on west coast server Ophir.
I lost my house T4 in Brighwood on the 14th before the patch 1.0.3 and still nothing. No gold to get it back. I have to spend gold to transfert items from other cities. Spend azoth to go back. Wasting time and can’t play proprely. Always the same answer to be patient but in the meantime we can’t use our houses and no payback
Can we have some official answer here?
Had this bug yesterday, my 20k house in windsward disappeared right after I paid tax. I hope they fix it, as it is a very high investment of time and money spent to have this house. As a family father I have little time available to play and it is very frustrating to lose something and there is no decent support to help.
I also lost my home after paying taxes. The house was over 10k, there were chests. Hope this problem will be resolved.

my house dissappeared too… I was able to still visit it vieah the visit house from teh list but it was no longer connected to my account… Today it has totally dissappeared.
its been about 2 weeks since i sent in a ticket now and it stil isnt fixed i still dont have my house. they are working on it but they seem to not be able to fix it for some reason.
Its been 11 Days since I sent in a ticket with all the information for my house that just vanished. the reply was " Send all the information again that you just sent us. I’m guessing this wont be corrected for a long time with your support team asking for the same information twice.

i also lost my house, submitted a ticket, and never recieved a response or compensation… Im estimating my loss at about 25,000c due to all my furniture that i had placed
