Oh is it actually? Thanks for informing me of that, I was sure it came from the pvp track so I’ve been spreading some bad information then.

Easy mistake, yeah i farmed OPR for ages untill i got it lol, great fire staff but i like the emberstone from tampest, chain fire and keenly jagged are great in OPR
Yeah but don’t you feel like you lose alot of burst dmg without empowering fireball on your staff though?
The build is nice, and works quite good in OPR.
But your items are so low… not a single BIS item, not a single Champion jewel, not a single freedom or Shirking Fort… 
Thank you! Yeah that is kind of the point of me making a build video. Many people had requested to see my build so I decided to condence it all into a video. But I also get accused of “having it easy since I am full bis” which just isn’t true at all. So i figured I will show how extremely strong this build can be even before bis. This build is even strong pre-600. So this is very targeted towards returning players or players who are new to pvp or still gearing up. To show them that there is a build out there that lets them still play pvp without having super good gear. With this build you only need the weapon perks and 5 resil and you will totally be able to take on fights if your avg GS is 550. That’s what I did when I came back to the game.
