Hey, since I wasn’t able to transfer to a different region where my friends are, I tried finding a community within my region. I did find a company, transferred to their server and had to swap factions. Now, one week later they all left or swapped servers mostly because their faction was losing and now, I’m stuck alone on a server with the losing faction 
I understand the game told me; faction swap wasn’t reversable but I still wanted to try asking to reverse it before I leave the game… at least till I’m allowed to swap factions again in 120 days.

Hope your day is well, we have an update on factions, very soon, we will be reducing the time between faction switches from 120 days to 60 days, which should help move some people into underdog factions. You can find this information here [Dev Blog] Update on Current Issues #2

Hey, thx for the answer. Luckily I found a nice community but we’re extremely outnumbered. We just hope for a sensible merge strategy before everybody leaves.
