Title. I can’t see where to start or turn in quests. Makes leveling impossible. I tried verifying files, no issues. The quests are pinned. I’m not sure what else to check. Is there a hotkey or something that I could have hit to hide the quest markers?

I’m sorry to hear about you not being able to visualize quest markers. I do have a couple of probing questions so I can better understand the issue:
Are you unable to visualize the markers on the compass, the map, or the ingame markers above the NPCs?
Additionally, as I can see you’ve already tried verifying the ingame files, I’d also recommend that you reinstall the game to see if that solves the issue.

Specifically, it was the main story quest markers on the compass and the map that were missing. No sign of them at all. I ended up going to Journal and clicking on reset quest for the story line. That made the NPC marker visible again. After doing that, things have been running smoothly.
