Describe the issue you are experiencing: In my Achievements Tab in game, there are many completed achievements I haven’t done.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I got many achievements I haven’t earned and it diminishes the importance of achievement system for me.

when you restart the game, do you still have those achievements?
A while ago there was a bug where you’d sometimes get titles / achievements you haven’t earned… but it hasn’t happened to me in a long time so I assume it was fixed. (either way the unearned title/achievement would always go away after reliving… maybe it’s similar in this case too?)
Achievements are still a shambles. Since the betas they never worked outright. I have to play relog simulator for half an hour each time I start the game to get them to work at all (here). And if they finally work I have the above described problem quite often.
One of your restarts probably fixed it since it just seems to be a display bug since you still see the right numbers on other tier achievements of the same count. But just like my no achievements bug it is purely random how many relogs are needed.
I think the most enjoyable one, is where the Achievement tab is just blank and shows no achievements or tabs or anything… but hey at least that seems to stop the same pop up for unlocking the same title achievement doesn’t appear every time I exit a loading screen…
