- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I haven’t been able to craft for over a month, I submit tickets and they get washed out over and over with now ETA or even any acknowledgement that they are working on it. I’m actually beyond annoyed because I can’t make any gold from my services in game and I can’t craft anything BOP through someone else.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no, y’all have made my past month a living hell. I actually might just end up quitting the game for good at this point

- When did this happen? (Relative time; please include your timezone) at least a month ago when I started transferring servers, then I transferred more hoping it would fix itself, I hate my life now. NO ONE HELPS ME, no matter the ticket i submit or anything! IM JUST SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR A POSSIBLE FIX IN AN UPCOMING PATCH WHEN I CANT PLAY THE GAME OR MAKE BOP GEAR!? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO? I CANT ENJOY THE GAME FOREVER??? ITS JUST FUCKING PURGATORY, EVERY TICKET GETS IGNORED, EVERY FORUM POST GETS IGNORED.

You are not the only one, there are hundreds, most just quit. I have the same but different issue, trophies and town projects don’t increase my crafting
I appreciate knowing that, I have never met anyone in game or seen anyone in game complain about it. I would be stupid to assume it was just me. The issue I see most people having is their buffs not showing at the bottom of their screen which is a complete misunderstanding of what im experiencing and what AGS had thought I was experiencing for quite some time, even now they say they know what my issue is but I don’t trust them when they release more content for BOP crafting and crafting xp gains and whatnot. Actually embarrassing on their end.

I have been submitting reports constantly and have been told to wait every time. Well that’s not true, I got told it was fixed many times and that i need to verify my game, redownload it, buy more crafting foods that dont fix it. Then I got told that they thought my bug was about the HUD on the bottom of my screen even though i submitted videos showing them crafting wasn’t getting buffed by food. THEN I GOT TOLD TO JUST WAIT PATIENTLY. This has been going on for so long that I really dont understand what they want from the few people left on their game and how they could possible do this. Devs write me off and dont allow me to play, but instead force me to stay behind on the meta, while dropping additional content.
Questions I have for you: How do I follow up on this ticket? What do I do when they tell me to wait patiently again? How can I get my account to work as intended like 99% of the other players without causing a scene every time? At what point can I speak to the devs myself and get in a discord call with them and share the shit im going through? Why are these steps not available already and why am I stuck in this limbo for so long?
Can I get compensated for all the wasted food I had to buy in the past checking each day if they fixed it? because in all fairness I was just told to wait patiently and they closed my ticket MULTIPLE times? Can I get compensated with the moeny I wouldve made from crafting gear for people in the game the past few months? I have lost literally half the content in the game and feel once its corrected I deserve a little more than a thumbs up.
