Skill is to strong. Its hard to deal with it when you play against 1 bb, but moment there are 2-3 of them in premade this skill is to much.
50% slow for 7sec
57% stamina regen debuff for 8sec ?
In close combat 7sec vs bb that has super hight burst dmg is death sentence. And its not like you can see this skill coming and dodge it. You cant.
So you get hit, with bb coming with brust dmg to shot you into face from 1m range and you cant run and you cant dodge (slow dodge distance penalty). And enemy have 7sec to get to you. Not fun at all.
Would be ok if not the fact that Bb can do not bad dmg in like 10m range to.

Awesome video! Sorry to bother you, I just thought I’d ask someone who seems to be really knowledgeable with BB perks. Do you know if this works on exhaustive net shot? The only reason I ask is because I got a pretty nice one recently out of nowhere with this perk and the weapon perk. Thanks for your time!
Not work, only work when u not have stamina. ( Gray Bar ).

starts at 50% but goes down over time. Ice Storm with perk is more effective than BB slow
You get out of ice storm with light armor dodge or any weapon skill like GA charger, rapier fleche and so on.
And no its not stronger slow. Its way weaker slow.
is that debuff even stack ?
i mean you would be rooted for 7 second… if you get shot with 2 of them if it does stack…

No it does not stack. But you can chain them. Each time you get hit it does refresh debuff.
So ppl are playing 2-3 man bb/ig or bb/ga premades and there is nothing you can do if they chose you to kill. You cant fight since on close combat you lose, you cant run/keep distance on mid range since net shot.
I think it’s much stronger, I don’t think only about myself, but in general. Medium and heavy set in the center of the storm has to take 2-3 rolls to get out and will still be 3 sec slow taking 25% more damage. It seems obvious
Well maybe in some cases like vs medium/heavy that has no movment skills to get out fast.
But vs light armor or medium/heavy that can get out of storm in like 1sec - net shot is way more deadly. Plus IG does not have burst dmg that BB does have.

I don’t agree but ok
The stronger Perk isnt the slow in my opinion, it is the stamina recovery lost

It definitely lasts too long. The worst part is you cant cleanse the slow till the bleed comes off, so at minimum you’re slowed for 4 seconds.
Its not awful if you find a resil shrinking fort armor piece with it as the third perk, but anything thats not plauged nades on the blunder is greifing.
