I do not see any error message in the images that you have shared.

Can you please tell me what happens when you log in with Birdy911?

Try the following-

• Verify game files and restart the game.
• Click on continue after clicking Birdy911 on character select screen.
• Go to store and complete the transfer process again.

Please note that you can move your character to any world in except:

• A full world.
• A world in maintenance.
• A world set that you have an existing character in already.
