Just play Greatsword like all the other Metaslaves and you’ll have a great time. Not gonna have skillbased Dark Souls Combat, but atleast you’ll win most fights.

I mean it’s all just clunky though. The animation locking, the poor weapon swapping. The questionable design decisions with no real diminishing returns or CC immunities. It’s all just cr*p that was thrown up against a wall to see what would stick. It’s a mess.

You definitively can’t have any dark souls style combat, especially perfect dodge, on an MMORPG for now.
Desync ruins this
