I honestly think it was just pixilation and pareidolia, I don’t think it actually says anything, the pixels just aligned well enough to make us think it does. But its fun, so I will keep on believing.

It definitely says what he says it says. Man that was a repetitive sentence. It must just be some ghost text stuck on the screen from someone’s chat or something. He did say it was gone after a restart.

Whoa! I actually believe this. It happened to me! I could see text on the middle of my screen and had to really look to read it but it ended up being a message I had sent in global! It’s not readable in the screenshot I got but I was streaming at the time and completely stopped what I was doing. Weirdly it doesn’t show up on the stream VOD.

Image resolution changes between your screen and when you snap the screenshot. There are ways to increase image resolution depending on how you do the screenshot. Also when you upload it to the forums it compresses and changes the resolution again, decreasing it to decrease the upload size. Could get lost in all of that.

Are you sure ambient sound is not turned up and someone just placed the statue that says this in a house?
Ive seen that before. Like left over chat text in the middle of the screen kind of ghosted in.
I think it’s a chat bubble that appears over players’ heads, but it doesn’t completely fade away. I sometimes see it where it’s very dark, especially darkness areas around corrupted portals
