Character Mikeyjr on Eden US East. Server went down without enough notice to complete the Lazarus dungeon. Can I get my orb back?

Welcome to the community. I’m really sorry for the trouble caused.
While this can be really frustrating, I would suggest you to try few steps and see if it the orb is returned.
I understand it looks like a servers problem, but can you try to do these troubleshooting steps:
Verify integrity of game files
To learn how to verify your game files, go to Steam Support.

Restart the Game
Exit the game and completely close the game from back ground and close the Steam app.

Instructions for generating a DxDiag: Open and run DxDiag.exe
Minimum most recent, but preferably 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
Tip: If AppData is set as a hidden folder, you need to enable hidden folders to see the logs.
