Had an identical roll to this drop for me last week.
Currently have an offer for 145k on them on Maramma, so these will sell even if some people don’t see value in them.
Medium legs can be paired with a heavy chest, so it’s still quite viable.

this combination of perks usually goes way higher, but like other people mentioned, only small porportion of people use medium legs for their light loadout, so that makes finding a buyer significantly harder that will pay a higher price.
you could get 250k maybe 300k when you find the right person to sell it to, i’d consider buying pants like these if they were on int bc i play medium legs 
I think that you can still be light with medium legs right?
I believe you can have one medium piece which could include legs! Unless you using a round shield which needs all light pieces I believe.
So what are the disadvantages of using medium legs over light legs if youre all light and not using a shield
Im trying to understand why its not as good as light legs wouldnt it provide slightly more armor and be better
Yeah I think it’s technically ideal to run mixed piece setups. There are spreadsheets that have the combinations and optimal armor scores. You can have two medium gloves/boots pieces or a single leg/chest piece I believe. I forget which one is the most ideal. What happens though is that with gear you kinda get pushed into whatever you have gear for. Ideally you would get the perfect combo, but if you BIS piece is a medium glove, then you are forced into a specific combination. The benefit is only slight but it’s definitely there.
Kinda depends on how min/max you are I would say!
You get more armor by using a medium chest and light legs than you do using light chest and medium legs, that’s why med legs aren’t in demand.

After seeing this thread, I decided to just hold onto the pair that I was offered 145k for that I have on Maramma until I get an offer I’m happy with, or if I can’t, I can always experiment with it in a new build.

150k seems massively overpriced for that. I could buy similar on my server for 6k
I use medium legs in light load out. Medium legs, medium head, hand or feet and the rest light.
It equates to 12.6 weight, but as far as I have been able to tell it offers no other stat defecit compared with the more popular setup.
You do get shirking energy legs cheaper as a result, whether that makes it harder to sell for 150k I’m not sure

Medium Legs + one other medium armor (not chest obviously) is the exact same armor value than a light loadout with medium chest and all light, despite the difference in weight (12.6 / 12.7)
the point is, the 2nd loadout is very unknown, since people always believe it’s a worse option bc they associated the lower weight with lower armor value (which is generally true, but not in this case)
so when let’s say 95% of light armor people using light legs you have much less people that would even be interested in medium pants.
since this is the case it’s just so much more difficult to find the right buyer, which makes prices for medium legs much lower than they are actually worth.
The total armor is the same so I think it’s good… But there may be some rounding not visible where when GS is increased you could see a difference

If that was a light armor piece you would have more dms than the Kardashians.
150k is solid but on some servers you could get more than that. Its variable.
Ps. I advise to sell it quickly if you dont need them. Recent drop changes can devalue it soon.
Light legs are better than medium if you are crafting because both light and medium loadouts can use it in builds, thus more potential customers. This fact, over time, has made it so people believe that medium legs are useless, because they heard that “light is better” without considering the context.
