Same issue today. I placed a gem in my gauntlet and thought this may have caused the cooldown freeze… Any word on a fix?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Unsure, used ice pylon once after placing a gem in the glove… after, the cooldown froze.
Edit: After relogging the cooldown was gone and I was able to respec and remove pylon… So needless to say, pylon is unusable due to this as I’m not risking it again with these excessive queues…
Chiming in to share I just experienced the same thing. Pylon doesn’t come off cooldown so I can’t change weapons or add skill points. This is wildly annoying and ended my play session for the night, as relogging would throw me into a 2 hour queue. Hope it’s gone when I log back in tomorrow.
Please address this—this is a serious character-breaking bug!
+1 Exact same bug happened to me too, I relogged and the cooldown appeared for a few seconds and became greyed out again. Makes it impossible to play the spec without gimping yourself.
Hopefully they fix this soon. I gots upgrades to buy.

Ok everyone I had this bug and just fixed it. I logged in and IMMEDIATELY opened the mastery screen and hit respec on the ice gauntlet. Yeah I know if you’ve got lots of mastery this might hurt but its better than never using pylon ever again. This was because the weapon removal wasn’t working for me. Maybe this might fix it for you.

sidenote: was having this issue very frequently, but once I upgrade the pylon to refresh the cd on hit, I haven’t had the issue since, curious if anyone else has noticed this
I am having the same bug, as a main ice gauntlet user, this is a game-breaking bug for me. I died many times due to this bug ( was mauled by enemies while waiting for the bug to fix itself ).
When the ice pylon is cast, whether it is expired or destroyed, the skill icon will be greyed out thus unable to recast it or unequip this weapon, the skill will be set on 10 seconds ( default cd ) cooldown after a random amount of time. This bug occurs randomly, but frequently.

i just had the same issue occur today and the only way i could find i thought to correct it was to die. this only allowed me to finally swap weapons. the problem now is even after swapping weapons to hatchet, war hammer and 2h axe, that slot remains in permanent cool down not allowing me to use any skill from any weapon that has a skill in that slot.
this is a HUGE problem that needs to be addressed immediately!
EDIT: this morning i did a file integrity check on STEAM. upon logging back into game i made sure i did NOT have ice gauntlet equipped and everything was back to rnomal. been playing for a bout an hour with no issues. i did NOT re-equip the ice gauntlet
