After casting Ice Storm, for the next 3-5 seconds, you can’t cast heavy. I’m trying to charge a heavy attack to proc Unnending Thaw, but only light attacks come out. Without being staggered or being hit back or having any debuff on me.
Simply after casting Ice Storm. And it’s happening very often.
Very imbecile bug, please fix. Thank you.

It’s not related to ice storm. Not sure what causes it, though.
It seems to be unrelated to the storm, indeed.
But something is causing it, and you can’t do a heavy attack for like 3 attacks straight. They all launch as light attacks.
For me it mostly occurs when i cast storm and try to proc unending thaw, and seeing i can’t cast a heavy is infuriating.
But i didn’t find out yet what is causing the bug.
Just that it exists and it’s very common.
