Describe the issue you are experiencing: the skill “Ice Storm” does not do any damage over time (please, check this)

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: useless skill
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no; this did not happened on “Kor” server. Tried to “unblock” the character once a couple of days ago and now I’m not able to do any damage. Tried also to “reset” the skill points, but still, no effect.

As I mentioned before, the Ice Gauntlet in Kor server, worked right. There must be something on Larissa that it is not working well. Anyway, thank’s for the tip & I will look forward for a fast solution for this. It’s completely messing my gameplay experience.
Some gloves are bugged, and not because of any perk or anything but just the own gauntlet.
Changed to a different one and now it seems to be working perfectly.
Got the passive that is having trouble; it is not about a gauntlet, but a passive called “Unending Thaw”. If any of your items have this passive and you use an Ice Gauntlet as a weapon, you will not do any damage over time.
At the current state the Ice Gauntlet is not a weapon to use anymore, especially in PVP you can not use it.
It’s not just “Unending Thaw” that triggers this, since the latest patch they added that picking something up also causes this.
So every time you pick anything up in the world or gather something you need to unequip your Ice Gauntlet and equip it again to make it work.
Otherwise it will only produce visual effects but no damage.
We now had 3 patches in a row that made it worse to a point where it’s useless.
