Ice gauntlet skill bug : Ice storm and Perk Unending Thaw did not work

  • Issue : Ice gauntlet skill bug : Ice storm and Perk Unending Thaw did not work.
    1. When I use gear that have Perk Unending Thaw. The Ice storm skill do just 1 Hit damage on
      the target no DOT at all.
    2. Skill Ice storm many time AOE is not do DPS. it like the AOE is small that it look must drop
      AOD at the center of the target so it can do damage.(And some time still not work) and if
      the target walk away from the center but still in the circle. The skill will stop do damage to
      the target.
      Please fix soon.

I submitted a support ticket about this and provided links to videos.

This also happens with Pillar of Fire and Incinerate. Possibly other skills out there as well.
