People are using the ice gem in weapons with the ice gauntlet to take territory now. The combo does game breaking damage. Is this a bug or a feature? Need the devs to weigh in on this now because our map is flipping because of it. I see no reason to keep this a secret anymore because it’s clearly being abused and wars are being lost as a result. Am I going to get banned for using it?
Its a Bug, if you mean dat the IG passiv from the Storm (every enemies give 10% more dmg or something Else) still work after swap weapon for the other weapon ?
This is a gamebreaking Bug, just report kids wo play IG AND GA or something in the war, they abuse this bug to 90%

There are 2 things at work here
What you mean is intended. The ultimate passive of left ice gauntlet tree is giving enemies a debuff which makes them take 25% increased ice DMG from all sources for 3s or so. So if you equip an ice gem into your other weapon (or even your whole guild does) then they get 12,5% more DMG overall

The other thing at work is the last passive from ice storm called punishing storm
Here, the player using it gains 10% DMG increase for each player caught inside. The problem here is, that the DMG increase not only applies to the ice storm, but to other abilities aswell and even persists after weapon swap! And that’s definitely a bug
Usual exploiters are using grav well to group ppl, ice storm ontop, and then mealstorm + reap, almost oneshotting everyone caught
Currently those 2 DMG increases are responsible for ice Gauntlet or at least ice storm being banned by many guilds in my server
But as I explained, one is intended, the other is not

Do you have a possibility add a screen shot of this perk ? What is it description it is increasing dmg of ice storm only by 10% of each enemy caught or it increasing 10% dmg for each enemy caught ? Maybe this is how it suposed to work ?
