After Patch 1.04

Everywhere on Map

After Placing the Ice Pylon with skilled Pylon Dodge Perk, dodging with full stamina do not increases Ice Pylon rate of fire for 3 seconds. Nothing happens. Sometimes it does but thats about 10% the case.

Bug is permanently there. The Perk worked before 1.04 Patch.
Seems like the Patch broked much things…please fix asap.

Can confirm it’s like the ice storm. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t do anything at all.
