Ice Shower's slow not working for 200STR/250DEX perks

Issue: Ice Shower slows the enemy’s movement speed by 50% for 3s but this slow does not count towards the 200STR perk (10% damage against stunned/slowed/rooted enemies) or 250DEX perk (10% random crit damage against stunned/slowed/rooted enemies). Ice Shower’s slow also does not get increased by Crippling perk on ring. This is completely against what should be happening, and I believe it is a bug caused by the fact that Ice Showers slow is under a debuff called ‘frostbite’, however the ‘frostbite’ debuff definitely “slows” the enemy.

Is this a bug: yes

How did the issue effect your gameplay: this ruins a lot of synergy with ice gauntlet and other weapons, for me I use ice gauntlet with hatchet.

Were you able to recover from the issue: no, this issue ruins the synergy that should be existing in my build, its quite unfair that this does not work as it should for both PVP and PVE.

Wow what a play on words. Frostbite is the debuff being mentioned and slow is apparently different. Easy, throw the frostbite debuff in that array and if it is then there is the logic bug.
