- Describe the issue you are experiencing: My Ice Gauntlet’s “Ice Storm” causes my other weapon to do less damage when attacking the enemy affected by the Ice Storm

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: 1) Place Ice Storm on target 2) Attack target with 2nd weapon while Ice Storm is active 3) now compare with damage from 2nd weapon when target isn’t affected by Ice Storm. Damage is higher when Ice Storm is removed from the equation.
