Ice Storm causes other weapon to do less damage

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: My Ice Gauntlet’s “Ice Storm” causes my other weapon to do less damage when attacking the enemy affected by the Ice Storm

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: 1) Place Ice Storm on target 2) Attack target with 2nd weapon while Ice Storm is active 3) now compare with damage from 2nd weapon when target isn’t affected by Ice Storm. Damage is higher when Ice Storm is removed from the equation.

First Light Attack after lowering below 100% health ( 300 int perk )

was 1212 fire and 500 ice dmg
second light attack, directly after casting ice storm
was 1461 fire and 479 ice dmg

total Dmg loss = 228 Dmg…

loosing around 13.33% Dmg here…

I just realized my IG has Unending Thaw perk on it so I tried again without Unending Thaw equipped and the damage didn’t change. I think Unending Thaw is actually the issue.

with vg/ig i could get it to work perfectly fine, tho i cannot tell if then 300 int or if it has something to do about using firestaff
