Running around solo, no others around, my Fully Maxed out Ice Storm is doing 0 damage to mobs every time it is casted. This is pretty game breaking as a ice gauntlet user.

Similar bug here. Ice Storm does damage on monsters but not on Bosses in Elite zones or dungeons.

Noticed it today while in Brightwood fighting level 32 lost mobs. Very frustrating!!!
I don’t know if this is the issue, but if you have the talent that makes it cost 80% less when your mana is full, and at any point you swap weapons while Ice Storm is out, it stops dealing damage.
If you fall into this niche group, report the bug and then respec out of that talent.
I respec’d out of the reduce cost talent and it still does it. Mobs literally standing in the middle of my ice storm taking 0 damage.
So it looks like the perk " “Unending Thaw” causes this bug. New World @Mod_G this needs to be fixed.
Yep, I reported this bug 3 weeks ago when I noticed. It does an initial hit and then stops doing damage. Like half the perks are broke in the game, a lot of the fire staff perks don’t work at all.
