Ice storm doing too much damage

    i believe the passive is not working as intended

If you are in ice storm. all incoming damage is increased by who knows how much percent. but it aint right thats for sure

So the buff is supposed to apply to all players ? not just the caster?

thats how it works, if you are frostbit anyone with an ice gaunt cant do more dmg to you.

Ok so right now. Anyone standing in the ice storm. is taking %10 extra damage per player in it from all damage types. go test it. its not working properly. and if it is. boy oh boy is that a busted ability lol.

This guy threw it on point. and another guy casted fire staff spells. i went from 10.5k hp in full void with very high elem resis to 0 in the matter of 2s

honestly you probably got hit by the first staff double tick, but i hit people in void bent when they are in my ice wall for 7k crits.

instead of you anwering this or any player . it would be nice for a mod to chime in here and actually explain what the ability does. because the players dont even know. theres been so many bugs in this game i literally cant trust anything anyone says

I think the main issue here is that any player affected by either the storm or the “frostbite” is taking extra damage from ALL users not just the caster. So if even 1 person has an ice guantlet and causes this the rest of the team all benefits from it. which is absolutely bonkers since its %10 per person in the storm . if there are 10 ppl in the storm 10 enemies are now doing %100 more damage.

Not only is the storm RADIUS massive. the storm lasts for a super long time. followed up by a Ice wall which in other games would be considered as an ultimate abilitiy that would likely have a CD of 2 mins since its so powerful.
