- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Ice Storm will only deal one tick of damage and do nothing else for the rest of its duration. It seems to be tied to the “Unending Thaw” trait that can be on gear.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It makes my most important damage dealing ability obsolete and useless.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, after unequipping my pants with the “Unending Thaw” trait, Ice Storm started working as intended again.
