Describe the issue you are experiencing: Ice Strom Still Bugged.
While fighting elite boss Fenton Revenger in Weavers Fen while casting Ice Strom out his range and pulling him into it the Ice Strom damages only ones and doesnt do damage form then on.

Why isn’t this on the bug list? It’s been this way for a few patches now.
