Icebound Shiver II Not Working Properly

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: US East - Maramma

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I am taking damage from Biting Cold whether I am inside the circle or outside the circle. The damage persists and does not remove or re-apply when I enter or exit the zone until the monster has died.

• Is this a bug? Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It makes it more difficult to stay alive, using more potions to maintain HP

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  You can see in the above screenshots that the icon is present and that I am taking ice damage even though I am in the circle. If I leave the circle I do not get inflicted with Biting Cold again because it never removes.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I am running as a healer in M10 laz. I am entering/exiting the circle to try to see if I can get the damage to remove but I am unsuccesful.

• When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) This has been ongoing the last 3 days.

This same thing happened to me 2 days ago as well. After a lot of testing I found that you need to be at least halfway between the ring and the centre point in order to not take biting cold damage. What’s the point in having a visual cue if it doesn’t work?!

The white ring is much larger than the actual safe zone.
