Icons not showing for mission deep sea near cutlass keys

I have cleared this mission three times with no reward or marker I killed the lost got the Astrobe or whatever it’s called but it disappeared. I cannot get it to complete please help SHEKEYZ US EAST server Kiliwuhuan probably spelled wrong. I also never got back my harvester gear like everyone else did.
