As per title: Give a luck / gather yield bonus to anybody who has been pvp flagged for at least an hour, and only when the server meets a minimum population threshold
(so people cant just use this to pvp flag during the a games low pop hours or when server switching becomes a thing people cant just play at a far server to play during low pop hours, farm up a ton of things, then switch servers later)
Good ideea, im playing all the time with pvp on, I turn off pvp only when I have to stupid walk on autorun 5km to click a fking npc for a crap quest, because I hate the walking fest and if I die I will need to walk again 10-20-30 min.

that wont be an issue for too long with low pop worlds merging, but they could make the threshold relative to the total player base before merging is put in.
Thing is if/when they begin to allow easy transfers (if they do it before merging) it will create of meta of going to low pop servers to gather materials then coming back to normal pop servers after .
