You see that EU server (Hellheim) has a massive queue constantly for few days, there is anything you and your team gonna do about it? maybe a slight increase in the player capacity? or maybe… try to see if it is possible to tell us ETA for next server transfer?

How come no updates on transfers for 3 days? Were the issues identified? Were they fixed? Coming this week? I have no problem waiting for it to be perfect, just want to be kept in the loop. Have lots of company members waiting to transfer and what not.

News to me. Over 300 hours have yet to see an in game poll.

Is it supposed to be like that one from beta that you opt in to, but then never fill in when exiting the game because you’re tired and ALT F4 before it has time to show up :joy:

Agreed, it would take hours, days, shit who knows how long to even read through all of the posts on here. Even then, how do they pick and choose which to work on first? I think you’re right POLL TIME!!!

Same thing I’ve been dealing with since Thursday to mugsy in eden but I’ve given up on your customer service. It will take a server reset to fix it.

STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY CONCERN AND FELLOW PLAYERS.

Our houses suddenly vanished, we did not transfer servers, we paid taxes and we are waiting for your response. Don’t tell me I just spent 4000 GOLD and stuff just for it to go to waste? The house is gone, the fast travel point is gone. A day has passed and still nothing from you.

I’ve got 285 hours in new world and I have never seen an in-game poll lol. Was that just a straight up lie?

The polls are on exit, but can be disabled. Saw them in the Beta but havent done one since launch either, doesnt mean they dont exist though. :+1:

How are you sure AGS do not filter the topics in the forum? I come here and do a quick look every day, mainly on Feedback Forum, and easily get a summary of overall discontent and legit complaints. I’m pretty sure they have this capacity also.

Might wanna look at Lerna on the OCE side. The lag has been odd since the last update. Alot of reports of people not been able to use the WW trade house as purchases can take up to ten real mintues to go through.

Fyi Mugsy this system can also be abused to duplicate gold as well. So the sooner yas fix the issue or restart the Lerna server the better. Otherwise expect to hear an uproar once lads figure out how to constantly double their gold via trade house lag…

Message me if needed and I’ll explain how i came across it.

Hey! Thanks for the active responses out here on the forums :slight_smile:

Could you confirm with the team if the steps below work for those who do want to receive surveys? It seems the config file has a line that can have exitsurveyenabled=“false” but I cannot find an option ingame to enable them again. I clicked the first survey I got away because I wanted to get back in to play quickly(just needed a restart :D) and it seems to have changed it to false after that.

To enable surveys again you can try this:

  • find your config file, usually at: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\AGS\New World\savedata

  • Should be a file there called “usersettings.javsave”. Open that with Notepad.

  • CTRL+F to search for “survey” which should jump you to a line saying “Class name=“bool” field=“m_exitSurveyEnabled” value=“false””

  • Edit the “false” to “true” in that line.

  • CTRL+S to save the file. (Make sure it’s still saved as a JAVSAVE file, won’t work if changed to something else.)
