If you could make PVP and PVE balances seperate what would you change?

like the post says what would you change for pve that would be too OP for pve? please post about builds you play i don’t want this to be another “this class needs a nerf” post. now i think many of these changes would be hard to do for open world pvp but would be easy to implement for wars/OPR

for example as a healer I would like the AOE cleanse from heavy attacks back for PVE content but think it is too OP for pvp content such as wars/OPR.

I think that my void gauntlet scream should have diminishing returns in PVP but not in PVE.

I think splash of light should be able to heal all nearby allies in PVE but not in PVP

what have you guys got? please keep this post alive and lets see if we can atleast get the balance in wars/OPR seperated from PVE. I believe this is by far an easier way to achieve balance in a game with both PVE and PVP and be more likely to keep both playerbases happy
