Well, the problem with such kind of arguments is, that New World is buy to play, and Amazon does not get any additional money from you playing more or less. So if you quit for now, and if i was an Amazon employee i would rather answer “Yes, ok, thanks for freeing a sever slot for another player!” and “We know you will be back if we add a content patch!”.
Btw., i will play the game way more casually as i did up to now not to burn out. As like going one quest cycle every two days in the evening while watching my most favourite streamer on twitch.
And no, i do not do this because the game misses some features i would like, but because i am just a hardcore casual gamer and do not have to progress fast for anyone.
So, hey, guys, if you think about quitting, just also think about not announcing it on forums, as Amazon could not be happier you doing so. And no, you get no refund after playing for 200 hours already.
